Questions about a photograph, a payment, a refund, or something that went wrong: write below and we will come back to you within one working day. If you would rather write directly, our address is hello@picturemedic.com.
Asking about a particular photograph? Give us the reference you see on your photographs page, for example "photograph #42", and we will find it straight away. If the photograph has a problem, tell us what you see: a face, a smile, the colour, too much or too little detail. We will repair it again at no cost.
