Q: How much does it cost to restore a photo?

Repairs are free. Every photograph comes back repaired with our watermark across it, and there is no limit on how many you send. The clean copy, without the watermark, will be available to buy when our payment system is ready. There is no subscription and your photos do not expire.

Q: What happens to my photographs?

They are used only to restore them. They are never used to train artificial intelligence, never shared, and deleted from our servers 60 days after upload.

Q: Can I get a printed photograph?

Restoration uses AI, and AI can change a face if it is not held back. So you choose the strength yourself, see every version side by side, and are told plainly what each one does.

What if I do not like the result?

Then you have lost nothing, because the repair cost you nothing. If a result is wrong, or a face has changed, tell us and we will do it again at no cost, as many times as it takes.

What happens to my photographs afterwards?

They are used only to restore them, never used to train artificial intelligence, never shared, and deleted from our servers after 60 days. You can ask us to delete them immediately.

Do I need to know anything about computers?

No. You take a picture of your photograph with your phone, or choose it from your device, and press one big button. That is all there is to it.

Can I get a printed photograph?
